| Description | I got the issue from customer that there is no screen when the youtube application started. Could you please check the attached logcat? I found weird points as follows. Hi Sangmin, I agree with your opinion. Can you reproduce it on your side? If we can reproduce it with "Memory Alloc Fail", I think we can report it to Synaptics. Did the Customer service try to "force stop" YouTube in TvSettings when issue occurred? Did it work ? Thanks, Jason |

Hi, Jason, I can't access to customer's device, so I can't run the command such as "force stop". BFX-UA300:/ # free -h total used free shared buffers Mem: 1.7G 1.6G 38M 29M 3.4M -/+ buffers/cache: 1.6G 42M Swap: 1.0G 111M 913M When conducting channel switching tests, the free size of swap memory gradually decreases. It seems that memtrack error occurs when the free size of swap memory is very low. Could you write a test program that allocates swap memory arbitrarily to check whether memtrack and YouTube issues occur when swap memory is insufficient? Thank you. Sangmin Choi. |

Hi Sangmin, I've discussed your request with River, If this issue related to swap memory, we think that all apps allocate memory will fail (not only YouTube). Currently, according to your comment, we don't think this case related to swap. Thanks, Jason |

Hi, Jason, Ok, I see. There is a possibility that my assumptions could be incorrect. If so, please analyze the logs I provided from the beginning.
